The Unit has polished floors in both Bedrooms and upstairs in the Lounge & dining areas.
There is a private courtyard at the rear of the unit with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
Ample off street car parking is available on the property.
Available all year round for holiday & short term rental.

A Reverse Cycle split system Air-conditioner is fitted for your comfort.
The Kitchen is fully equiped.
